| Notes | Aluminium conducts heat far better than iron, and the billet form allows more fins and greater surface area than a casting. On an air-cooled engine that is the whole argument — the displacement increase is a consequence of the cooling headroom, not the other way round. Knock sensor bosses are now standard at no extra cost. |
